Depth on UL 4600, ISO 21448 SOTIF, and ISO/PAS 8800. Field experience on AV / ADAS or robotics programs. Comfortable authoring structured assurance arguments.
ISO/SAE 21434 / UN R155 practitioner with TARA, SecOC, and CSMS / SUMS experience. Vehicle type-approval exposure preferred. Pentest / red-team a plus.
INCOSE-credentialed systems engineer with deep SysML / Cameo / Capella experience across automotive or aerospace. Architecture leadership on certified products required.
Robotics or AV engineer with planning / perception / control experience. Comfortable owning a subsystem end-to-end on Tomco's NorthStar autonomy program.
Run delivery operations across multiple AFSP-led engagements. Background in technical program management on regulated product preferred.
