30 minutes with a Tomco principal — your background, the work you're looking for, and a real read on what Tomco is and isn't.

Technical deep-dive

Two-hour conversation with the discipline lead — your work products, standards experience, and a worked problem from a real Tomco engagement.

AFSP panel

Panel with two senior AFSPs — credentials, assessor experience, and program leadership. The panel decides on offer.

04

Offer & onboarding

Offer within one week of the panel. Onboarding pairs you with a senior AFSP for the first engagement.
